Hi, I’m Sofe – the heart behind Wanderlust Wellbeing Retreats.

​

Yoga has been one of the most powerful ways I care for my mind and body, and it's a joy to share that practice with others. For me, it’s more than movement; it’s a moment of stillness, reflection, and connection.

 

The name Sofe means “something excellent and impressive,” and I try to bring that energy into everything I create. As a 29-year-old Aquarius with a deep passion for travel, I find peace and clarity exploring new places – it’s a soul-nourishing way to reset, reconnect, and grow.

 

With a background in mental health and psychology, and a personal connection to Buddhist philosophy, my retreats are grounded in mindfulness, self-discovery, and gentle transformation.

Wanderlust Wellbeing Retreats is more than a getaway, it’s an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

At Wanderlust Wellbeing Retreats, we create intimate, soul-soothing experiences in beautiful destinations around the world. Our retreats are designed for small groups, allowing for deep connection, personalised attention, and a true sense of community.

 

Each retreat includes group psycho-education sessions, alongside daily offerings like yoga, meditation, reflexology, and mindfulness practices.

Sofe

My name is Sophie, but most call me Sofe, and I am the CEO and visionary behind Wanderlust Wellbeing Retreats.

​​

I started my career in the mental health and wellbeing field over 8 years ago as I am driven by a deep passion for mental health and holistic healing. As of 4 years ago, I qualified in Psychology. I have progressed into further education with a post graduate diploma and I will continue to do so (MSc pending) to provide clients with the best service and healing.

​​

I am lucky to be in a position where I can bring Wanderlust Wellbeing Retreats to you, specialising in specific fields, such as, avoiding burnout trauma workshops, boundaries, sleep hygiene, wellbeing, mindfulness, grounding, self care & so much more. 

​​

I made an executive decision to change and grow, and I look forward to helping you on your journey to self-care and discovery.

My favourite self-care activities include spending time with horse, family & friends, yoga, pilates, reading, travelling. What’s yours?

Jo

My name is Jo, and I have been practising yoga and meditation for 7 years.

 

I love how grounded and in tune with my mind and body it makes me feel, and so I completed my teacher training hours and continue to professionally develop on courses.

 

I have taught yoga and meditation in many places as traveling is also a huge part of my life. I'm very passionate about making other people feel incredible through the power of movement and breath work.

 

I have had a life experience whereby I was paralyzed and yoga completely rectified this over a period of time, and because of this, I truly fell in love with yoga and meditation. It's amazing that these retreats marry the two together so, hopefully we can have a positive effect on you too, and you'll leave feeling more connected to your body, mind and soul.
